• • As Senior Director of Talent Development at Amplify Education, you will lead the comprehensive people learning and development strategy to build a world-class workforce capable of thriving in an AI-enabled business environment, directly supporting the mission of serving over 15 million K–12 students across the U.S.
• • You will lead the Talent Development team in designing and executing talent and learning programs aligned with business objectives, owning performance management strategy, developing enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives, driving AI literacy and adoption, and scaling the Learning Management System with data-driven measurement.
• • Amplify Education is a pioneer in K–12 education since 2000, delivering next-generation curriculum and assessment in ELA, math, and science, with formative assessment tools that help teachers personalize instruction and support every student’s learning journey.
• • In this role, you will drive innovation in talent development, gain enterprise-wide influence, shape leadership pipelines, and measure the impact of learning initiatives on organizational performance and business outcomes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
