- • The Tax Analyst, North America role at Vantage Data Centers is a key position supporting tax compliance, planning, and process improvement across income tax, property tax, tax credits, and special projects. This role ensures accurate and timely tax deliverables by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Development, Operations, and Procurement.
- • Day to day, the Tax Analyst will own and maintain tax trackers, calendars, and deliverable lists; coordinate cross-functional inputs such as invoices, fixed asset schedules, and project costs; organize audit-ready documentation; perform tie-outs and variance checks between source systems and tax workpapers; support preparation and review of workpapers; assist with reconciliations, rollforwards, and documentation packages for filings and audits; support income tax processes through data gathering and reconciliation; help track tax credits and incentives by collecting documentation and maintaining eligibility files; contribute to special projects related to growth, acquisitions, entity changes, and process improvements; and streamline tax operations through process improvements and technology implementation.

The Accounting Tax team works closely with internal departments and external advisors to drive tax efficiencies and support corporate goals through strategic tax planning.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in corporate tax compliance, gain experience with tax process automation and system implementation, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to high-impact tax initiatives that support company growth. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; CPA, MST or CMI preferred
- • 3 years of accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and similar industry experience a plus
- • Proficiency with Office 365 in a Windows environment
