Tax Analyst, Tax Technology Support

📋 Description

• • As a Tax Analyst in Tax Technology Support, you will provide technical and operational support for tax engine configuration, process automation, and reporting within DAISY MOUNTAIN AIR, INC.’s Managed Tax Services team, playing a critical role in optimizing tax workflows, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reporting for client engagements.
• • Day to day, you will configure, test, and maintain tax engines (Vertex, Avalara, Thomson Reuters) and ERP systems; automate tax processes using data transformation tools and scripting; validate client data for accuracy and regulatory compliance; troubleshoot customer workflows; respond to client inquiries; collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements; and provide break/fix resolution and ongoing maintenance of tax solutions.
