• • As a Tax Data Specialist at OneSource Virtual (OSV), you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' tax profile data, a cornerstone of our comprehensive HR, payroll, and finance solutions.
• • You will be the primary point of contact for managing and updating crucial tax information across multiple internal systems, including unemployment tax rates, account statuses, and account numbers, demanding a high degree of precision and diligence.
• • This role involves proactively managing customer cases, identifying and resolving data or configuration anomalies that could potentially impact critical payroll payments and tax filings, thereby safeguarding our clients' compliance and financial operations.
• • You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and analyzing complex employee and employer-level payroll tax data on behalf of our diverse client base, ensuring adherence to all relevant tax regulations.
• • A key aspect of this position is meeting stringent deadlines for various reporting requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, as well as responding promptly to data inquiries that are vital for supporting ongoing business needs and client services.
