Tax Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• • As a Tax Senior Analyst at Faire Wholesale, Inc., you will be a key contributor to the tax team, responsible for providing income tax provision and direct and indirect tax compliance support while driving process improvements to scale tax operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• • You will assist with domestic and international tax reporting and compliance, support the monthly close process including tax account reconciliations and transfer pricing calculations, prepare quarterly and annual consolidated income tax provisions under U.S. GAAP, and support SOX compliance through control documentation and execution.
• • You will work closely with FP&A on ETR and cash tax forecasts, manage outsourced U.S. federal, state, local, and international tax filings, coordinate tax authority audits, handle Form 1099 and information reporting, conduct tax research on new legislation and business initiatives, and support special projects including R&D tax credit studies and M&A due diligence.
• • You will contribute to the evolution of the tax function by automating repeatable processes, integrating AI solutions, and enhancing tax technology tools, while reporting to the Head of Tax Reporting and Compliance and partnering across finance, legal, and business teams.
