- • Tax Senior role focused on delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to clients across various business structures, supporting Crete Professionals Alliance’s mission to empower small to mid-market firms with big four capabilities while maintaining a personal, local touch.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing federal and multistate business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065), creating detailed quarterly and year-end tax projections with book-to-tax adjustments and apportionment schedules, preparing individual returns and shareholder/partner projections, analyzing client financials to identify outstanding items, communicating directly with clients on tax planning and compliance, and leading and mentoring junior staff to support their professional development.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in federal and multistate tax compliance, develop leadership and mentoring skills by guiding junior team members, strengthen client advisory capabilities through strategic tax planning engagements, and advance toward partnership eligibility through clear performance-based progression paths.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation a plus
- • Minimum 3 years of tax-focused public accounting experience
- • CPA preferred
- • Expertise in federal and multistate tax compliance
- • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
