• • As a Knowledge Graph Curator/Expert at a leading large-scale, high-traffic social content platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core engine for accurate and interpretable understanding of both organic and paid content. • • Your primary responsibility will be to grow and meticulously curate the platform's Knowledge Graph (KG), which is built upon applied Machine Learning (ML) and a robust graph structure. This KG is the backbone for extracting high-quality, monetization-focused signals that are critical for optimizing ad performance and providing deep business intelligence at an unprecedented scale.
• • You will act as the central point of contact for various internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Analytics, managing their requests for new entities, schema modifications, and data-related queries. This involves a crucial task of prioritizing and triaging these incoming requests, carefully assessing their business impact, urgency, and technical feasibility to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
• • A significant part of your role will involve hands-on data entry and labeling. This work is essential for supporting and enhancing automated content understanding pipelines. You will be instrumental in feeding the AI models with the high-quality data they need to learn and perform effectively.
• • You will be directly involved in the exciting field of Generative AI by tuning and refining Large Language Model (LLM) prompts. Your expertise will help improve the accuracy and efficiency of content understanding automation, making the AI more effective in its tasks.
• • A key aspect of your contribution will be the review and curation of entities generated by LLMs. This human-in-the-loop function is vital for maintaining the integrity of the Knowledge Graph. You will be responsible for approving high-confidence outputs, meticulously correcting near-misses, and decisively rejecting hallucinations to ensure the graph remains a reliable source of ground truth.
• • Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and validation will be a continuous part of your workflow. You will execute comprehensive checks to guarantee ontological consistency and factual accuracy across the entire Knowledge Graph, ensuring its reliability and trustworthiness.
• • To further enhance model performance, you will create "Golden Sets" through targeted labeling. These curated datasets will be used to assess the quality of existing models and support the fine-tuning of classifiers and extraction models, driving continuous improvement in AI capabilities.
• • You will proactively investigate and resolve data integrity issues. This includes performing error correction, merging duplicate entities to maintain a clean and efficient graph, and resolving conflicts within relationships to ensure the KG's coherence and accuracy.
• • Effective communication is paramount. You will provide clear and concise feedback to stakeholders, deliver regular status updates on your progress, and articulate the rationale behind modeling decisions. Furthermore, you will guide teams on how to effectively query the Knowledge Graph, empowering them to leverage its rich data for their own analyses and projects.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a platform used by millions of users daily (10M+ DAU), impacting critical business functions like enterprise search, user feed ranking, and content understanding at a massive scale. You will be part of an Indexing Team within the ML organization, specializing in processing vast datasets for ranking, search, and more, handling both real-time event processing and asynchronous batch jobs from diverse sources. You will collaborate closely with backend and ML teams to integrate the Indexing Platform with ML services, ensuring seamless index creation and exceptional customer experiences.
