📋 Description

  • The Team Lead Accounting provides financial analytical assistance and oversight to the accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing month-end close activities, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations, analyzing financial statements, leading the accounting team during close processes, and supporting external audits and cross-functional business initiatives.

  • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in technical accounting areas such as equity, stock-based compensation, debt management, and lease accounting (ASC 842), while developing leadership skills in team management, process improvement, and audit coordination.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience reviewing account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
