- • Lead and manage a team of native English copywriters to deliver high-converting, on-brand content across multiple digital channels in the iGaming and online entertainment industry.
- • Oversee the creation and proofreading of copy for PR materials, SEO-optimized guides, CRM communications, casino and sportsbook reviews, terms and conditions, and detailed product documentation.
- • Produce high-impact short-form and long-form content including funnel messages, pinned social posts, welcome offer texts, push notifications, and short scripts designed to drive user engagement and conversions.
- • Enforce strict adherence to brand voice, tone, and compliance standards while maintaining rapid turnaround times aligned with client briefs and campaign deadlines.
- • Mentor writers to refine their style, improve conversion-focused messaging, and master the art of crafting compelling CTAs, hooks, and persuasive narratives tailored to iGaming audiences.
- • Collaborate directly with Social Media, Design, and Affiliate teams to ensure content alignment with visual assets, campaign goals, and audience targeting strategies.
- • Continuously optimize content performance by analyzing feedback, tracking metrics, and iterating on messaging based on real-world results and user behavior.
- • Ensure all content is 100% human-written; the use of AI to generate text, structure, or outlines is strictly prohibited.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of casino games, table games, and autonomous gaming mechanics to accurately and credibly write reviews and promotional content.
- • Apply solid SEO principles including keyword integration, content structure, internal linking, and user intent alignment to maximize organic visibility and traffic.
- • Manage high-volume output under strict daily deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- • Act as the primary English language authority for the team, ensuring flawless grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension in all written outputs and communications with international stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native English speaker with exceptional vocabulary, grammar, and proofreading skills
- • 4+ years of professional copywriting experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role
- • Proven experience in the iGaming, casino, or sports betting industry with detailed knowledge of casino tables and autonomous games
- • Expertise in conversion copywriting, including crafting high-performing CTAs, hooks, and short/long-form content
- • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword usage, content structure, internal linking, and user intent
- • Ability to manage high-volume deadlines and maintain quality under pressure
