📋 Description

  • As the Team Lead Creative Strategy at Glow25, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our Ad Creation team, driving a potent performance-driven mindset to transform creative strategies into consistently high-performing assets across all paid acquisition channels. This pivotal role demands a leader who can ensure the seamless, efficient, and scalable production of creative content, from the initial briefing stages through rigorous testing and iterative improvements. You will act as a crucial bridge, collaborating closely with Media Buying, Brand, and Product teams to translate overarching strategies into tangible, impactful execution, and to continuously elevate our performance output.
  • Your leadership will be key to fostering a high-performing Ad Creation team, which includes copywriters, video editors, project managers, and UGC creators. You will be responsible for establishing clear priorities, defining robust workflows, and upholding stringent quality standards for all creative output. A significant aspect of your role will involve coaching and mentoring your team, instilling best practices for performance-driven creative development and ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques.
  • In terms of creative execution and strategy enablement, you will translate high-level creative strategies and campaign objectives into precise, actionable briefs and comprehensive execution plans. This ensures that all creative assets are meticulously aligned with acquisition goals, informed by performance insights, and optimized for the specific requirements of each platform. You will take ownership of the execution of creative roadmaps, spanning critical channels such as Meta, TikTok, Native advertising, Google, and partner pages, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence across the board.
  • A core function of this role involves mastering the art of briefing, testing, and optimization. You will work hand-in-hand with the Media Buying team to meticulously define testing plans and iterative strategies for creative assets. This includes ensuring a structured and systematic approach to testing various formats, hooks, visuals, and messaging to identify what resonates most effectively with our target audiences. You will closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage this data to drive continuous optimization, ensuring our creative efforts are always evolving and improving.
  • Operational excellence in creative production is paramount. You will be responsible for coordinating timelines, managing capacities, and prioritizing projects across different markets and campaigns. Your focus will be on establishing and maintaining scalable, efficient creative workflows, ensuring smooth and clean handovers between various teams involved in the production and deployment process.
  • Cross-channel and brand alignment is another critical area. You will collaborate closely with the Brand team to strike a delicate but essential balance between brand building (brandformance) and performance-driven content. This ensures that while we are optimizing for conversion, our brand's integrity, voice, and aesthetic remain consistent and strong across all channels. You will be the guardian of consistent messaging, adapting it strategically for optimal conversion across diverse platforms.
  • This role is for someone who thrives on data, understands the nuances of digital acquisition funnels, and possesses a keen eye for creative that converts. You will be the linchpin connecting strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring that every creative piece serves a purpose and contributes to our growth objectives. Your ability to lead, inspire, and operationalize will directly impact our ability to connect with our community and achieve our ambitious goals in the beauty and pro-aging space.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or ad creation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong hands-on experience with a variety of ad formats, including UGC ads, image ads, video ads, advertorials, sales pages, and long-form content.
  • Deep understanding of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and/or Native Advertising platforms and their creative requirements.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams, managing production workflows, and driving projects from concept to completion.
  • Confident in creative testing methodologies and KPI analysis (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, CVR) to inform optimization strategies.
  • Strong organizational, briefing, and feedback skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Solid understanding of digital acquisition funnels and how creative impacts each stage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Tableau) is a plus.
