• • The Team Lead, Customer Care leads and directs a team to ensure goals, regulatory compliance, and department standards are met, playing a critical role in maintaining service quality and operational excellence within CareSource Management Group Company.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting coaching conversations and performance appraisals, documenting development in HR systems, leading team meetings and huddles, analyzing performance data to drive improvements, monitoring key operational indicators, identifying process inefficiencies, and facilitating timely resolution of member, provider, and compliance-related tasks.
