- • The Team Lead, Customer Care leads and directs a team to ensure goals, regulatory compliance, and department standards are met, playing a critical role in maintaining service quality and operational excellence within CareSource Management Group Company.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting coaching conversations and performance appraisals, documenting development in HR systems, leading team meetings and huddles, analyzing performance data to drive improvements, monitoring key operational indicators, identifying process inefficiencies, and facilitating timely resolution of member, provider, and compliance-related tasks.
- • CareSource is a managed care organization focused on providing health services, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare markets, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and delivering high-quality care through operational rigor and employee development.
- • In this role, the individual can develop leadership and coaching expertise, deepen their understanding of healthcare operations and compliance, enhance data-driven decision-making skills, and grow into broader people management or operational leadership positions within the organization.
