- • Lead a cross-functional engineering team of 6–10 professionals, balancing 50% leadership responsibilities with 50% hands-on technical development.
- • Design, code, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications using Node.js within the Production Sandboxes Team.
- • Mentor team members through technical guidance, code reviews, and structured feedback to foster growth and engineering excellence.
- • Ensure adherence to best practices in development, testing, and deployment to maintain high coding standards and system reliability.
- • Build and maintain the orchestration UI, automation engines, and data synchronization pipelines that enable safe and efficient use of production-grade data in isolated environments for customers and internal teams.
- • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to create exceptional user experiences and align technical execution with business objectives.
- • Drive technical planning and execution, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term system health and scalability.
- • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- • Conduct root cause analysis across code, data, and systems to resolve complex production incidents and debugging challenges.
- • Write complex SQL queries from scratch with deep understanding of data structures and query performance impact.
- • Debug integrations and system interactions within distributed systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across services.
- • Define and execute technical strategies aligned with organizational goals through rapid prototyping, iterative development, and innovation.
- • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful project delivery and operational stability.
- • Represent the team in cross-functional discussions, translating technical constraints and opportunities into actionable business insights.
- • Push back on product decisions when necessary to prioritize technical health, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- • Resolve complex, multi-team technical challenges by fostering collaboration across engineering, product, and design disciplines.
- • Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and scaling the engineering team while ensuring alignment with company values and cultural fit.
- • Manage performance cycles and support the professional development of team members through regular feedback and career growth planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
- • Experience designing maintainable, scalable systems with clean, structured, and testable code
- • Strong SQL skills: ability to write complex queries from scratch and understand data structure and query performance impact
- • Experience working with APIs and distributed systems, including debugging integrations and understanding data flow across services
- • Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis across code, data, and systems in production environments
- • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams with a 50/50 balance of technical contribution and people leadership
