- • Lead and develop a team of commercial finance brokers to drive performance, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets in the Partner Credit Services UK outbound sales function.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring brokers, monitoring KPIs and pipeline activity, delivering coaching and training, aligning team goals with senior leadership, identifying process improvements, supporting deal structuring and closing, maintaining lender and internal team relationships, contributing individual revenue when needed, and collaborating with Salesforce teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- • Tide Platform Limited is a fast-growing FinTech unicorn transforming SME banking with over 1.8 million members globally, offering business accounts, banking services, and connected admin tools like invoicing and accounting, with offices in London, Sofia, Belgrade, Paris, Delhi, and Hyderabad.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in a high-growth FinTech environment, drive team performance and revenue growth, master commercial finance sales processes, and gain experience scaling operations in a data-driven, inclusive culture that values ownership and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within financial services
- • Outbound or cold-calling experience is greatly preferred
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets
- • Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate, set clear expectations, and develop a team
- • Minimum 9 years total experience with at least 2 years directly leading a team, preferably in UK or another English-speaking market
- • Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
