- • Lead and develop a team of Customer Onboarding Managers to ensure successful onboarding and everboarding of SMB clients, directly impacting customer retention and product adoption.
- • Coach team members through 1:1s, shadowing, and skill-building; set performance goals tied to activation metrics; and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer empathy.
- • Design and refine scalable digital-led and tech-touch onboarding processes to drive rapid adoption within the first 30 days, including creating self-service resources and tracking key metrics.
- • Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and streamline the onboarding experience across customer segments.
