📋 Description

• • As a Salesforce Tech Administrator (P2) on Twilio’s GTM Automation team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce.com platform that powers key go-to-market operations, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency to support sales performance and business growth.
• • Day to day, you will assist project managers and product owners in Salesforce-related work streams, manage large-scale data audits and integrity fixes, collaborate with CPQ and Opportunity Life Cycle Management teams to identify process gaps, build and maintain declarative automations (Flows, SOQL), troubleshoot system issues, and develop dashboards and reports to monitor revenue funnel KPIs for strategic decision-making.
