📋 Description

• • As a Tech Lead Manager for the Core Product Engine (Backend) at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the evolution of the company’s critical automation systems that power the end-to-end insurance purchasing experience, enabling seamless, scalable, and fault-tolerant transactions across complex external systems.
• • You will spend 80% of your time in hands-on technical work, refactoring legacy systems into decoupled, observable architectures while mentoring and guiding a high-performing engineering team, reporting directly to the co-founder/CTO in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment.
• • You will join a small but elite team of builders and problem-solvers who are deeply invested in transforming car ownership through AI-driven innovation, working on systems that serve over 5 million customers and are designed to scale to 50 million.
• • You will gain deep expertise in high-stakes asynchronous systems, AI-first tooling, and enterprise-scale backend architecture while shaping the technical foundation for Jerry’s expansion into new verticals beyond insurance.
