- • Collaborate closely with a dedicated product team to define, prioritize, and execute features that directly impact millions of users globally.
- • Participate in product discussions and contribute to shaping the product roadmap based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- • Build and enhance features that enable users to convert text from PDFs, Google Docs, news articles, and websites into audio, improving accessibility and learning outcomes.
- • Work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with a flat organizational structure where leadership is earned through technical excellence and consistent delivery.
- • Balance speed and focus by rapidly generating ideas, identifying what can ship immediately, and knowing when to delay for deeper refinement.

- • Maintain and evolve the tech stack, which includes Vanilla JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and TypeScript, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
