- • Lead multiple R&D teams developing enterprise-grade, cloud-scale products used by millions in a SaaS business model, driving technical excellence and strategic delivery.
- • Manage people aspects including hiring, reviews, mentoring, promotions; act as Scrum Master; own development and delivery of components; collaborate with Product Owner and Software Architect on planning.
- • Work hands-on with engineers on development, perform code reviews, ensure high-quality standards including test automation and unit testing; liaise with teams to promote continuous improvement.
- • Be part of leadership team involved in release planning and product strategy; serve as engineering contact for defect management and product support; operate in a global, matrix environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
- • 13+ years of software engineering experience with Java
- • 3+ years managing a team of software engineers on enterprise products
- • Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and on budget
- • Experience working with Agile Scrum teams and iterative methodologies
- • Proven experience in product companies developing enterprise software
- • Leadership skills: coaching, motivating, influencing others in complex situations
- • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- • Comfortable working in a complex matrix and global environment
- • AI First Mindset: LLM fundamentals, ML lifecycle, NLP basics, AI system design
