📋 Description

• Lead multiple R&D teams developing enterprise-grade, cloud-scale products used by millions in a SaaS business model, driving technical excellence and strategic delivery.
• Manage people aspects including hiring, reviews, mentoring, promotions; act as Scrum Master; own development and delivery of components; collaborate with Product Owner and Software Architect on planning.
• Work hands-on with engineers on development, code reviews, test automation, and unit testing; ensure high-quality engineering standards; serve as engineering contact for defect management and product support.
