- • The Tech Manager, Engineering role at NICE Ltd. is a senior technical leadership position responsible for driving the design, delivery, and quality of AI-driven and Conversational AI solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring engineering excellence, team growth, and the successful delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions that power customer experiences for global businesses.
- • Day to day, the Tech Manager will define and govern technical standards for AI and Conversational AI solutions, provide hands-on guidance on API integrations and AWS Cloud implementations, lead PoCs and production-ready component development, oversee testing and go-live activities, mentor and develop engineering teams, drive Agile/Scrum practices, align technical roadmaps with business goals, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
