- • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
- • **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers, driving end-to-end delivery of **Actimize implementations, customizations, and configurations** for both on-premise and SaaS solutions. Ensure high productivity, chargeability, and career growth for team members through regular 1:1s, coaching, and feedback.
- • **Technical Expertise:** Act as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)** on Actimize components, including detection logic, models, and integration workflows. Oversee the installation, customization, and configuration of complex **Actimize solutions**, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
- • **Delivery Management:** Drive the successful execution of releases by managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and quality. Collaborate with **R&D, Implementation, and Customer Support teams** globally to resolve issues, optimize delivery outcomes, and ensure best-in-class engineering practices.
- • **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your team, aligning with global **SMEs, architects, and business analysts** to ensure smooth project execution. Handle stakeholder communication across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- • **Operational Excellence:** Ensure high-quality engineering practices across all phases of delivery, including **code reviews, deployment best practices, and continuous improvements**. Support global customer engagements on technical and delivery aspects, addressing challenges proactively.
