📋 Description

• As a Tech Manager, Software Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will lead a team responsible for implementing complex on-premise and hosted SaaS Actimize solutions, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery of regulatory compliance offerings.
• You will manage team delivery by tracking work, dependencies, and risks; ensure quality engineering practices (unit testing, code reviews, regression testing); serve as the point of contact for delivery risks; and drive team growth through mentorship, training, and challenging assignments.
• You will own team utilization, lead recruitment and hiring activities, collaborate with R&D, implementation, and customer support teams, and conduct regular 1:1s for performance management and career development.
• You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment at a global leader in AI, cloud, and financial crime prevention, with opportunities to grow across disciplines and locations while contributing to solutions used by 85+ Fortune 100 companies.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years leading a high-performing development team or software product implementation environment
• Proficient in database concepts with hands-on experience in Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Experience with private/public cloud infrastructures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and ability to drive cloud solution discussions
• Understanding of standard deployment practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, VMs, Kubernetes, Artifactory
• Professional services experience is a plus
