- • As a Tech Talent Sourcer on a fixed-term 6-month contract, you will be the driving force behind identifying and engaging top engineering talent for a key client of Tribe Technologies Inc., directly contributing to the growth of impactful tech companies.
- • Day to day, you will proactively source hard-to-reach technical talent across India using advanced mapping techniques beyond LinkedIn, conduct initial screening calls to assess technical baseline, communication, and culture fit, and maintain high-velocity pipelines with structured, quality-focused execution.
- • You will join a remote, global team spanning Europe, Asia, the USA, and South Africa, united by values of curiosity, clarity, impact, resourcefulness, and selflessness, partnering with ambitious companies like Wolt, Glovo, N26, and Taxfix to build great teams for positive global impact.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical sourcing, sharpen your ability to evaluate engineering talent autonomously, and gain experience working with high-caliber stakeholders in a data-driven, human-first recruiting environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of 3+ years in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- • Deep, localized knowledge of the Indian tech talent market, including talent pools, salary expectations, and market nuances
- • Native or professional fluency in English (minimum C1) and comfort conducting technical screening calls to assess candidates independently
