  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client enquiries from Web3 teams, founders, and engineers, managing communication from initial inquiry through to completion of engagements.
  • • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with technical teams across Ethereum and the broader Web3 ecosystem, acting as a consistent and reliable liaison.
  • • Lead early-stage technical conversations with clients to understand their needs, clarify scope, and guide them through the engagement process with clarity and precision.
  • • Collaborate closely with Sigma Prime’s Security Assessment Managers to develop technically accurate proposals and scoping documents aligned with client requirements and project goals.
  • • Ensure seamless transitions from proposal phase into active security assessments, coordinating internal resources and client expectations to maintain momentum and alignment.
  • • Maintain comprehensive visibility into the engagement pipeline, tracking ongoing client projects, deadlines, and communication status to ensure no item falls through the cracks.
  • • Act as a bridge between client teams and Sigma Prime’s security and research teams, translating complex technical findings into actionable insights for clients while representing client needs internally.
  • • Contribute to technical writing initiatives, including articles, ecosystem updates, newsletters, and other published content that supports Sigma Prime’s thought leadership in blockchain security.
  • • Represent Sigma Prime’s brand and expertise in technical discussions, ensuring all client interactions reflect deep technical understanding and professional integrity.
  • • Operate autonomously in a remote-first, globally distributed environment, managing multiple high-stakes client relationships without direct oversight while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • • Engage with the Web3 ecosystem proactively by attending industry events, participating in forums, and staying informed about developments in distributed systems, zero-knowledge proofs, smart contracts, and consensus protocols.
  • • Coordinate logistics for technical engagements, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up, ensuring clients have a seamless experience from first contact to final deliverables.
  • • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project statuses, and technical requirements in internal systems to support team-wide visibility and continuity.
  • • Advocate for client needs within Sigma Prime’s internal teams, ensuring feedback is incorporated into service offerings and engagement strategies.
  • • Deliver high-quality, precise written communication in all client-facing materials, from emails and proposals to technical summaries and public content.
  • • Demonstrate deep curiosity and interest in blockchain architecture, decentralized infrastructure, and security challenges facing critical Web3 systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong technical foundation or familiarity with blockchain architecture, security, or distributed systems
  • • Ability to engage confidently in technical discussions with highly technical teams
  • • Proven skill in clear, precise written communication
  • • Experience in relationship-building and serving as a trusted long-term point of contact
  • • Experience in technical coordination, ecosystem-facing roles, developer relations, operations, partnerships, or client engagement
  • • Ability to operate well independently in a remote environment
