- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex customer projects, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering, product, and support teams.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in digital analytics platforms, strengthen stakeholder management and technical communication skills, and gain exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations while contributing to customer success and retention in the APAC region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in technical account management, customer success, or a related client-facing technical role
- • Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain web/app analytics, data tracking, and platform integrations
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Japanese
- • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset
