We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise clients achieve maximum value from our sophisticated platform.
- • This is a unique opportunity that bridges the gap between traditional Customer Success and post-sales engineering. As a TAM, you will be instrumental in guiding our largest clients through the entire lifecycle of their engagement with Ambient.ai, from initial deployment and implementation to long-term adoption, growth, and renewal.
- • You will be the primary technical and strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including security operations, IT, and executive leadership. Your ability to understand complex customer environments and translate their unique needs into actionable plans will be critical to their success and ours.
- • The core of your responsibility will involve leading clients through the intricate process of deploying, onboarding, testing, and operationally rolling out our AI-powered security platform. This requires a blend of technical acumen, project management skills, and exceptional customer leadership.

You will excel at dissecting ambiguous problems, defining clear, actionable next steps, and fostering cross-functional alignment both internally and with client teams to drive progress.
- • Building and nurturing trusted relationships is paramount. You will engage with both the day-to-day users of the platform and senior executive stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and positive experience at all levels.
- • You will act as a crucial conduit for customer feedback, capturing valuable insights from the field that will directly inform and shape our product development roadmap, internal processes, and go-to-market strategies.
- • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer impact and expand the scope of our partnership will be a continuous endeavor, contributing to both client success and Ambient.ai's growth.
- • This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach, with a commitment to driving customer outcomes from the initial sale through to renewal, adoption, and expansion phases.
- • You will be expected to travel up to 30% to client sites, fostering stronger relationships and gaining deeper insights into their operational environments.
