- • As a Technical Account Manager at Vendelux, you will serve as the critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world B2B marketing outcomes, directly enabling high-growth companies to transform event data into measurable pipeline and revenue. Your work will ensure customers not only adopt but master Vendelux’s AI-powered platform — turning opaque event marketing into a scalable, predictable growth engine through tailored technical implementation and strategic guidance.
- • You will own the end-to-end technical deployment and optimization of Vendelux’s AI agents for each customer, ensuring seamless integration with their existing tech stack while aligning outreach strategies with brand voice, compliance requirements, and performance goals. This role is pivotal in driving customer success, product adoption, and revenue expansion by translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business results.
- • Day to day, you will guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution, collaborating closely with Customer Success to establish clear goals, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and engagement.
- • You will set up and manage the technical infrastructure for B2B outreach campaigns, including configuring domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems, while building, QA’ing, and optimizing customer-specific email sequences using Vendelux’s AI agents to ensure high inbox placement and response rates.
- • You will analyze and refine B2B prospect lists using Vendelux’s proprietary event data, identifying high-value targets and continuously improving targeting precision to increase conversion efficiency and reduce wasted outreach.
- • You will monitor campaign performance in real time, troubleshoot deliverability or technical issues, and implement iterative optimizations — from subject line A/B testing to send-time optimization — to steadily improve open, click, and meeting booking rates.
- • You will track and respond to campaign replies, drive timely follow-ups, book 1:1 meetings with qualified prospects, and manage end-to-end conversion funnels, capturing insights to refine outreach processes and scale best practices across the customer base.
- • You will partner with the engineering team to provide frontline feedback from customer interactions, directly influencing product roadmap decisions by surfacing usability gaps, feature requests, and AI agent performance trends.
- • You will create and deliver comprehensive documentation, training sessions, and knowledge transfer materials to empower customer teams to independently manage and evolve their AI-driven outreach strategies over time.
- • You will work within a high-impact, fast-moving SaaS environment backed by top-tier investors (FirstMark, $14M Series A), surrounded by alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, and Shutterstock — where your technical acumen and customer empathy directly shape the evolution of a product redefining event marketing.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI agent configuration, B2B outreach automation, CRM/MAP integration, and data-driven campaign optimization — positioning yourself as a hybrid technical-strategic leader in the growing martech and AI-enablement space.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, sales outreach, or technical implementation roles within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- • Demonstrated proficiency with B2B email marketing platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and end-to-end sales outreach workflows, including list building, sequencing, and performance analysis
- • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
- • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and managing customer data for segmentation, targeting, and reporting purposes
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong collaboration abilities across technical, product, and customer-facing teams
- • High ownership mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple concurrent accounts and competing priorities
- • Genuine enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools and contributing feedback that shapes product development and innovation
