- • As a Technical Account Manager (Central) at Wiz Inc., you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers, driving adoption, value realization, and satisfaction with the Wiz cloud security platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will act as the primary technical contact for your book of up to 15 customers, guiding them through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz; monitoring cloud security threats; staying current on new Wiz features; helping customers build success plans with measurable goals; unblocking adoption barriers; tracking utilization and business value; reporting progress in executive forums; and advocating for customer needs with internal Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud security and the Wiz platform, develop strategic account management skills, influence cross-functional GTM processes, mentor associate TAMs, contribute to scaling the TAM organization, and directly impact customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth at a hyper-growth startup.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, ideally supporting a cloud or cloud-security product (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer, or Architect)
- • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- • Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture for at least one major CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI), ideally with a relevant certification (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer)
- • Familiarity with cloud-security best practices, common threat models, CNAPP use cases, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps tools (CI/CD, IaC, version control), and Linux/Windows operating systems concepts
- • Proven track record of managing a book of business with 5-10+ enterprise customers, building and maintaining relationships, driving outcomes, exceeding targets, and using CRM/log analysis tools to monitor customer health and inform retention initiatives
