  • • Own the post-sales technical journey for AQtive Guard, SandboxAQ’s flagship Cryptographic Management and AI Security Posture Management platform, ensuring that every strategic enterprise customer achieves rapid time-to-value, deep product adoption, and measurable risk reduction against post-quantum threats.
  • • Serve as the single technical point of accountability for a portfolio of Global 2000 and public-sector accounts, translating each customer’s unique regulatory, business, and architectural constraints into an actionable multi-quarter roadmap that migrates legacy PKI, discovers shadow cryptography, and hardens AI pipelines.
  • • Architect and deliver hands-on workshops, brown-bag sessions, and executive briefings that demystify post-quantum algorithms, quantum threat timelines, and AI security frameworks for CISOs, Security Architects, Network Engineers, and DevSecOps teams—turning complex cryptographic concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • • Lead quarterly strategic reviews that combine live dashboards, threat-modeling exercises, and ROI scorecards; use these sessions to surface expansion opportunities, influence renewal conversations, and secure executive sponsorship for additional business units or geographies.
  • • Proactively hunt for technical friction inside customer environments—misconfigured HSMs, certificate sprawl, API rate-limiting, or Kubernetes policy gaps—then orchestrate rapid fixes by triaging with Support, filing engineering tickets, and shipping custom scripts or Terraform modules within SLA.
  • • Act as the “voice of the customer” inside SandboxAQ: synthesize field findings into concise product requirements that shape encryption-policy templates, SaaS onboarding wizards, and AI-model hardening features; regularly present customer impact stories to Engineering, Product, and Executive Leadership.
  • • Build and maintain a living knowledge base of deployment patterns, compliance mappings (FIPS, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, GDPR), and reference architectures that accelerate future implementations and feed Marketing with technical collateral such as whitepapers and webinars.
  • • Partner with Sales during pre-sales proof-of-concepts to ensure technical scoping is realistic, success criteria are measurable, and hand-off documentation is complete—reducing ramp-up time from weeks to days.
  • • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and rotating interns on enterprise security best practices, customer storytelling, and consultative communication techniques, amplifying team capability across regions.
  • • Track customer health metrics (feature adoption, ticket volume, NPS, renewal likelihood) in Salesforce and Gainsight; design automated alerts and playbooks that trigger early interventions before risk escalates.
  • • Champion SandboxAQ’s inclusive, mission-driven culture by actively recruiting diverse talent, participating in internal ERGs, and sharing customer success stories that highlight our societal impact in protecting global data from tomorrow’s quantum and AI threats.
