- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high-value enterprise customers on Perk’s Spend platform, ensuring seamless technical support and strategic guidance.
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their unique business objectives and aligning Perk’s platform capabilities to meet those needs.
- • Provide expert guidance on platform setup, configuration, and optimization, enabling customers to fully leverage Perk’s automation features for travel, expenses, and invoice processing.
- • Scope and coordinate complex technical changes with Professional Services or implementation partners, maintaining technical oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • Act as the escalation point for high-priority technical issues, resolving them promptly and ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
- • Equip Account Managers with technical insights—including adoption metrics, configuration complexity, and risk factors—to support renewal and expansion conversations.
- • Systematically collect, analyze, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and improve platform functionality.
- • Stay current with industry trends, SaaS best practices, and emerging technologies to proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations to customers.
- • Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of Perk’s platform architecture, integrations, API capabilities, and product roadmap to deliver accurate and authoritative technical advice.
- • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and finance teams.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer outcomes and platform evolution.
- • Support the onboarding and adoption journey of enterprise clients by identifying technical roadblocks and driving resolution through structured problem-solving.
- • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and technical playbooks based on real-world customer interactions and emerging patterns.
- • Participate in customer health reviews and quarterly business reviews, presenting technical status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Perk’s values of ownership, 7-star experience, and teamwork, consistently exceeding expectations in service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation role at a B2B SaaS company
- • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and delivering technical solutions
- • Fluent in German and English — written and verbal, from technical admin to C-suite
- • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
- • Commercial awareness: understand how technical health connects to retention and renewal outcomes
- • Project management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced scale-up environment
