📋 Description

• • As a Technical Account Manager at Dataiku, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to a small portfolio of enterprise clients (~4 per TAM), ensuring the successful adoption, optimization, and scaling of the Dataiku AI platform across complex environments.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to define short- and long-term priorities, manage project milestones, provide hands-on technical guidance on platform architecture, deployments, upgrades, security, ML-Ops, and cloud/Kubernetes ecosystems, troubleshoot integration challenges, capture feedback for product teams, and drive process improvements through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• • You will join a global Field Engineering team at Dataiku, the Platform for AI Success, which empowers enterprises to operationalize AI with transparency, collaboration, and governance across multi-vendor environments, serving industry leaders who rely on Dataiku to deliver measurable business value from AI initiatives.
