Our mission is to protect over 4 billion accounts worldwide from cyberattacks, and we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) for our EMEA region.
  • • As a TAM, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from SpyCloud's innovative solutions through successful adoption and integration.
  • • You will leverage your exceptional customer-facing skills, deep technical acumen, and strong relationship management abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels of our clients' organizations, from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to manage the entire lifecycle of customer onboarding and integration projects. This includes meticulously planning and executing enterprise quick onboarding processes and complex customer integrations, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the specific value propositions defined by the customer.
  • • You will proactively monitor product adoption rates and project progress, identifying potential technical challenges or opportunities for enhanced value realization. Your ability to anticipate needs and provide timely solutions will be paramount.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer goals and objectives into actionable technical setups and adoption plans.
  • • A deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and their unique success metrics is essential. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and addressing any technical hurdles, owning the communication of issues, requirements, and proposed solutions back to both the customer and internal teams.
  • • You will cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of SpyCloud's product suite, staying abreast of new features and functionalities. This expertise will enable you to identify unique and proactive ways to solve customer problems and to escalate emerging technical trends that could impact our clients.
  • • Providing expert technical guidance is a core responsibility. You will guide customers through technical implementations, manage project timelines, track key milestones, and support their business transformation strategies through effective use of SpyCloud's offerings.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by developing and documenting best practices, playbooks, and customer success assets. These contributions will be based on your direct learnings from customer engagements and will be vital for scaling our support initiatives.
  • • You will utilize customer usage metrics and adoption data to demonstrate the tangible value derived from their investment in SpyCloud, reinforcing the partnership and identifying further opportunities for growth.
  • • Acting as a strong customer advocate internally is vital. You will represent the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to product and engineering teams to drive product enhancements and process improvements.
  • • Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the overall customer experience, refining our processes, and enhancing our collateral to ensure customers consistently achieve and exceed their defined value realization goals.
  • • This is a remote role, but it is based in the United Kingdom, requiring you to be located there.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our EMEA-based clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with SpyCloud's solutions.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling them to navigate complex technical environments and build trust with diverse client stakeholders.
  • • You will play a key role in driving customer retention and expansion by ensuring customers are deriving maximum benefit and seeing clear ROI from their SpyCloud deployment.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry, working with cutting-edge technology and making a tangible impact on global security.
  • • You will be empowered to take ownership of customer challenges and drive them to resolution, fostering a sense of partnership and reliability.
  • • The role demands a proactive and strategic approach to account management, focusing on long-term customer success rather than just reactive support.
  • • You will contribute to SpyCloud's growth by ensuring our customers are successful advocates and referenceable for future business opportunities.
  • • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about cybersecurity and customer advocacy.
