đź“‹ Description
- • Own and scale Nest Health’s business intelligence and analytics function, turning data into trusted, actionable insights for executive decisions, operational performance, clinical quality, growth, and value-based care outcomes.
- • Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics products across executive, operational, clinical, financial, and value-based care reporting domains.
- • Partner with leaders across functions to define key metrics, dashboards, and analyses required to run the business and improve care delivery.
- • Design and maintain clear, consistent, role-based dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, and analytics tools that align with business workflows and decision-making needs.
- • Set and enforce standards for metric definitions, reporting quality, documentation, ownership, and lifecycle management to ensure reliability and consistency.
- • Simplify reporting by consolidating overlapping or redundant reports and establishing a prioritized roadmap for analytics requests instead of handling one-offs.
- • Monitor adoption of analytics products, gather user feedback, and iteratively improve tools post-launch to increase usage and impact.
- • Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure data sources, semantic models, and reporting layers are accurate, secure, and scalable.
- • Support the integration and adoption of AI-enabled and self-service analytics tools that enhance speed, access, or decision quality for non-technical users.
- • Promote data literacy across the organization to build trust, understanding, and consistent use of analytics among clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- • Drive a defined analytics roadmap that balances strategic vision with hands-on execution, delivering high-quality outputs on time while improving the function through results, not just redesign.
- • Bring structure to fragmented reporting environments, prioritize competing demands, and create scalable analytics practices that evolve with organizational growth.
- • Maintain awareness of healthcare-specific data domains including eligibility, attribution, encounters, scheduling, outreach, claims, care gaps, quality, utilization, SDOH, and payer performance.
- • Ensure all analytics products comply with HIPAA-aligned data practices and healthcare reporting expectations.
- • Function autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities, requiring flexibility, accountability, and self-sufficiency.
- • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, present insights, and drive alignment across functions.
- • Contribute to a collaborative culture by giving and receiving frequent feedback, raising hand when gaps are identified, and supporting seamless cross-functional support.
- • Occasionally travel once per quarter and perform prolonged computer work; ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, data product management, or analytics consulting, with at least 2 years owning a BI product.
- • Experience building and owning dashboards, reports, scorecards, or recurring analytics products.
- • Strong SQL and analytical problem-solving skills.
- • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Excel, or similar platforms.
- • Experience in healthcare, value-based care, population health, payer/provider operations, clinical operations, or another regulated environment.
- • Ability to define metrics, validate data, document logic, and communicate insights clearly.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Employer-sponsored health, dental, and life insurance options.
- • Generous PTO and company-supported parental leave for primary and non-primary caregivers, including options for tiered return-to-work and additional PTO for prenatal care and backup childcare.

- • Up to $3,000/year tuition reimbursement for educational and professional development.
- • Employer-sponsored short-term and long-term disability benefits.
