- • As a Technical Account Manager (French Speaking) at SOTI Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from SOTI’s mobile and IoT device management solutions while building long-term, strategic relationships.
- • Day to day, you will onboard enterprise customers, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, provide technical consultancy, manage support case escalations, lead discovery calls for paid work orders, gather product feedback for development teams, maintain detailed business profiles and knowledge base documents, and mentor new hires in Enterprise and Professional Services.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions such as implementation specialist, technical support, or solutions architect, with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions
- • Strong understanding of mobility technologies and working knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows Operating Systems
- • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and build relationships with large enterprises
- • Experience in technical documentation and ability to train various audiences on SOTI software, both in person and remotely
- • Robust understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, firewalls, routing) and Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD, services, troubleshooting)
- • Fluency in French and Romanian, with excellent English verbal and written communication skills
