- • As a Technical Account Manager II at UiPath, you will serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, driving adoption of the UiPath Platform to unlock business value through intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows.
- • You will partner with customer executives, architects, and platform owners to define enterprise automation strategies, guide adoption of Agentic Automation capabilities, and align technical plans with business outcomes such as ROI, utilization, and operational KPIs.
- • You will be part of UiPath’s Client Success team, working with the world’s most innovative enterprises to scale automation programs, modernize platforms, and enable long-term self-sufficiency through governance, cloud transformation, and operational optimization.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI and automation, influence customer success at scale, and develop leadership in technical consulting, stakeholder management, and solution architecture within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • A degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience programming .NET or Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java, or PowerShell), with SaaS and cloud experience considered a benefit
- • Hands-on experience or strong understanding of enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including SaaS, hybrid, and cloud-native architectures
- • Proven experience in customer-facing technical account management, technical consulting, or similar roles with progressive responsibility
- • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value discussions
