- • As a Technical Account Manager at Chainalysis, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring the successful integration, adoption, and ongoing technical health of our cryptocurrency investigation and compliance solutions. You will partner with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering teams to help customers realize the full value of our platform throughout their lifecycle.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical onboarding and post-sales implementation for assigned customers, designing and configuring API integrations and data flows, monitoring product usage and technical health metrics, sharing best practices and enablement content, acting as the primary technical point of contact for escalations and roadmap feedback, supporting renewals and expansions with technical input and ROI evidence, and occasionally traveling to customer sites or events for workshops and executive briefings.
- • You will sit within the Customer Success organization at Chainalysis, a global leader in blockchain data and analysis, working alongside cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges for customers in finance, government, and cryptocurrency industries. The company is committed to innovation, diversity, and enabling safe participation in the blockchain ecosystem.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise software integration, API-driven solutions, and customer success strategy while developing strong consultative skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
