- • As a Technical Account Manager at Chainalysis, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring the successful integration, adoption, and ongoing technical health of our cryptocurrency investigation and compliance solutions. You will partner with Customer Success Managers, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering teams to help customers realize the full value of our platform across their lifecycle.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical onboarding and post-sales implementation for assigned customers, designing and configuring API integrations and data feeds aligned with customer architectures, monitoring product usage and technical health metrics, proactively identifying risks, and driving issue resolution. You will also share best practices and technical guidance to deepen customer adoption and act as the primary technical point of contact for escalations and roadmap feedback.
- • You will sit within the Customer Success organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to support renewals and expansions by providing technical input, ROI evidence, and solution recommendations. Occasional travel to customer sites or regional events may be required to support key deployments and executive briefings.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in blockchain analytics, enterprise software integration, and customer success strategy. You will strengthen your ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders, build long-term trust-based relationships, and drive product adoption in complex, regulated environments—positioning yourself as a strategic advisor at the intersection of technology and compliance.
