- • As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Wiz Inc., you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to enterprise customers, driving adoption, value realization, and expansion of the Wiz cloud security platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will act as the primary technical contact for your book of up to 15 customers, guiding them through deployment, configuration, and operationalization of Wiz; monitoring cloud security threats; staying current on new Wiz features; resolving technical issues via email, Slack, and support tickets; developing customer success plans with measurable goals; tracking adoption and business value realization; reporting progress in executive briefings and QBRs; identifying expansion and renewal opportunities; advocating for customer needs with Product and Engineering teams; managing risks related to satisfaction, churn, and tenant health; and building close relationships with C-level and practitioner stakeholders.
