📋 Description

• As a Technical Account Manager at n8n, you will own the technical success of strategic top-tier customers, ensuring they run healthy, scalable, and high-performing environments while maximizing long-term platform adoption.
• Day to day, you will act as the dedicated technical point of contact for enterprise clients, lead technical handoffs from Sales Engineering, assess deployment health, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional responses, and turn customer insights into product improvements through bug triage, feature request tracking, and lightweight contributions.
• n8n is a Berlin-based, remote-first open workflow orchestration platform powering AI-driven automation, backed by Sequoia and SAP, with over 650K developers, 190K+ GitHub stars, and a $5.2B valuation, serving a global team of 260+ across Europe and the US.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS technical leadership, influence product direction through real-world customer feedback, build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders, and help define what exceptional technical success looks like for high-growth automation platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Customer Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and platform operations
• Proven ability to diagnose performance, reliability, and scalability challenges in production environments
• Clear technical communication skills to translate complex topics into actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders
• Experience building trust with senior technical stakeholders and aligning internal teams around customer outcomes
• Background working closely with Support, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to solve customer challenges
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, self-hosted deployments, cloud environments, and DevOps practices for scalable, reliable systems
