- • As a Technical Account Manager - Tech Touch at CrowdStrike, you will serve as a key technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and successful renewals while contributing to the company’s mission of stopping breaches through its AI-native cybersecurity platform.
- • Day to day, you will act as a technical contact for customers, participate in onboarding, conduct quarterly health checks and business reviews, manage on-call rotations during business hours, escalate issues when needed, leverage internal expertise and knowledge bases to resolve technical inquiries, drive support case resolution, identify and mitigate renewal risks, collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure successful renewals and upsells, and share best practices through technical team communications.

- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems

- • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Professional fluency in English
