📋 Description

• • As a Technical Administrator 2 (Business Systems Analyst 2) at Twilio, you will play a critical role in enhancing the Salesforce.com platform and ensuring data excellence across the organization, directly supporting the GTM Automation team and contributing to Twilio’s fast growth by improving processes that empower sales and customer success teams.
• • Day to day, you will assist project managers in various work streams on Salesforce.com, manage data integrity at scale, uncover process gaps with stakeholders, troubleshoot system issues, evaluate codebase extensibility, collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business analysts, and mentor junior administrators on Salesforce best practices.
• • You will join Twilio’s GTM Automation team, a growing and collaborative group focused on leveraging Salesforce to drive business impact, within a company that champions remote-first work, global inclusion, and innovation in communications technology, serving hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers worldwide.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce administration, CPQ, process automation (especially Lightning Flows), and data management, while expanding your influence beyond Salesforce by working closely with business stakeholders and gaining exposure to broader technical and analytical challenges in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
