📋 Description

• • Write and troubleshoot basic and conditional SQL statements to extract deal-specific customer data from OCI databases and validate output against source legal documents.
• • Triage and manage incoming document requests via a tracker sheet, downloading existing Oracle Reports for updates or building new reports from scratch.
• • Execute unit tests using test records in the database, generate PDF outputs, and iterate with QA teams until reports pass all review criteria before promotion to production.
• • Coordinate with the OCI team to request new data fields when required source data is not yet available in the database schema.
• • Provide Level 2 end-user support for issues related to purchase and sale agreements across Salesforce, Oracle Reports Builder, OCI, and ServiceNow.
• • Work across Staging and Production environments including Salesforce, SQL tables, and PHP file browsers to ensure accurate deployment and functionality.
• • Notify regional divisions upon successful deployment and assignment of updated or new reports to ensure timely adoption across all Lennar divisions.
• • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Salesforce, and OCI to gather business requirements, align on technical solutions, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• • Maintain precision in translating legal documentation into technical implementations, ensuring every document rendered to homebuyers is accurate, compliant, and deal-specific.
• • Manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities, maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the lifecycle of each report update.
• • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for template preparation, data validation, and reporting tasks as part of daily workflow.
• • Apply GitHub and Jira for version control of report templates and tracking of issue resolution and deployment tasks.
• • Leverage AI productivity tools to enhance efficiency in document processing, data extraction, and workflow automation.
• • Ensure all technical outputs align with legal requirements and corporate compliance standards, acting as the critical link between Legal and Technology teams.
• • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to clarify ambiguities in legal language and translate them into unambiguous technical specifications for report generation.
• • Maintain awareness of changes in legal disclosures and proactively update reports to reflect new regulatory requirements before they impact closing processes.
• • Support the continuous improvement of document automation workflows by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements to engineering and operations teams.
