- • Serve as a Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade integration solutions using Workato’s cloud-native iPaaS platform.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer business goals and product vision.
- • Act as the primary technical advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Lead end-to-end solution design by gathering requirements through direct client engagements and partnering with internal teams to define optimal integration architectures.
- • Develop and extend Workato’s connector capabilities using HTTP protocols and SDKs to meet specific customer needs and platform expansion goals.
- • Work closely with Product and Engineering to analyze customer feedback, identify platform enhancement opportunities, and accelerate roadmap delivery for high-impact features.
- • Drive the implementation of hybrid and multi-cloud integration solutions encompassing on-premise systems, SaaS applications, and cloud-native services.
- • Enhance internal knowledge sharing by contributing to Workato’s documentation and knowledge base to improve team efficiency and customer support quality.
- • Prioritize and deliver exceptional customer service by proactively resolving technical challenges and ensuring seamless client onboarding and adoption.
- • Maintain deep expertise in application integration trends, API standards, and enterprise software ecosystems to provide forward-looking architectural guidance.
- • Optimize internal processes and methodologies to improve solution delivery speed, accuracy, and scalability across global client engagements.
- • Demonstrate proficiency in designing data flows using JSON structures and integrating with relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- • Provide technical leadership in environments requiring rapid adaptation, high-pressure delivery, and entrepreneurial initiative to support a fast-growing startup.
- • Communicate complex technical architectures and workflows clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences including executives and end-users.
- • Independently research emerging technologies, synthesize findings, and propose innovative solutions to evolving customer and market demands.
- • Take ownership of initiatives beyond core responsibilities, identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve product capabilities and customer outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10-15 years of experience in a similar Technical Architect or equivalent role
- • Background in information systems, computing, engineering, or related industry experience
- • Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures
- • Previous coding or development background
- • Sound knowledge of RDBMS
- • Comprehensive hands-on experience architecting on-premise, cloud, and hybrid integration solutions
