- • Serve as a SAP integration SME and Technical Architect on professional services engagements, specializing in integration and automation within the SAP ecosystem including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SaaS applications.
- • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, statement of work development, and customer-facing activities to ensure successful implementation of Workato solutions.
- • Act as a Workato evangelist by demonstrating how the platform solves business automation needs across diverse industries through tailored professional services.
- • Function as the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners on overall solution architecture, implementation strategy, and platform capabilities.
- • Lead business requirements sessions to translate client needs into scalable automation architectures using the Workato platform.
- • Design and review architectural blueprints for customer integrations and automations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and scalability requirements.
- • Conduct recipe reviews to validate functionality, performance, and maintainability of automation workflows built on Workato.
- • Advise on best practices for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • Perform production readiness assessments and provide guidance on deployment procedures to ensure smooth go-live transitions.
- • Conduct post-live deployment health checks and recommend optimizations for recipes and automated processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- • Deliver comprehensive knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams to enable long-term ownership and maintenance of automated solutions.
- • Apply Workato’s GEARS framework and Embedded Product Guide to align technical solutions with customer organizational structures and governance needs.
- • Embed within customer organizations to rapidly understand existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend improvements via orchestration and platform features.
- • Contribute to the global SAP practice by creating and enhancing public-facing content including Workato Community posts, reference demos, presentations, white papers, architecture patterns, and online courses.
- • Collaborate with global teams to standardize and scale best practices for SAP integrations across EMEA and beyond.
- • Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time, with flexibility to adjust based on project demands and operational needs.
- • Maintain fluency in business English for all written and verbal communications with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience with implementation of integration or middleware solutions
- • Experience in end-to-end solution architecture and implementation on SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite
- • Strong knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies including IDoc, RFC, OData, and SOAP WebServices
- • Deep understanding of SAP architecture, methodologies (Clean Core, ISA-M), and enterprise governance frameworks
- • Business English fluency (written and verbal)
- • Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites
