📋 Description

• Serve as a SAP integration SME and architect in professional services engagements, with a focus on integration and automation within the SAP ecosystem including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SaaS applications.
• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, statement of work development, and other customer-facing activities to ensure successful Workato platform adoption.
• Act as a Workato evangelist by demonstrating how the platform solves business automation needs across diverse industries through tailored professional services.
• Function as the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners on overall solution architecture, implementation strategy, and platform capabilities.
• Lead business requirements sessions to translate customer needs into scalable automation architectures using the Workato platform.
• Design and review architectural solutions for customer integrations and automations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and scalability requirements.
• Conduct recipe reviews to validate functionality, performance, and security compliance of automation workflows.
• Advise on best practices for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Perform production readiness assessments and provide guidance on deployment procedures to ensure smooth go-live transitions.
• Conduct post-live deployment health checks and recommend optimizations for recipes and automated processes.
• Deliver comprehensive knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams to enable long-term ownership and maintenance of automations.
• Apply and promote Workato’s frameworks such as GEARS and the Embedded Product Guide to align solutions with customer organizational needs.
• Embed within customer organizations to rapidly understand their current business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend improvements via orchestration and platform features.
• Contribute to the global SAP practice by creating and enhancing content including Workato Community posts, reference demos, presentations, white papers, architecture patterns, and online courses.
• Maintain deep awareness of enterprise security and governance requirements for large corporations and ensure all solutions meet compliance standards.
• Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time, with flexibility to adjust based on project demands and operational needs.
• Communicate fluently in business English, both written and verbal, to engage with global stakeholders and deliver technical presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience with implementation of integration or middleware solutions and/or API management platforms
• Experience in end-to-end solution architecture and implementation on SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite
• Strong knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies including IDoc, RFC, OData, and SOAP WebServices
• Familiarity with SAP architecture, key methodologies (Clean Core, ISA-M), and experience leading customer success in solution architecture, development, and test/release management
• Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprises
• Business English fluency (written and verbal)
