- • Serve as a lead Technical Architect within the Professional Services team to guide enterprise customers on automation best practices, architectural patterns, and governance processes for Workato’s iPaaS platform.
- • Lead customized customer onboarding engagements, statements of work, and other client enablement activities as the primary technical architect.
- • Conduct business requirements sessions with technical and business stakeholders to define automation scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- • Design end-to-end architectural solutions for enterprise integrations and automations using the Workato platform, ensuring alignment with customer infrastructure and security standards.
- • Review customer-created recipes to ensure scalability, reliability, and adherence to Workato’s best practices and frameworks such as GEARS and the Embedded Product Guide.
- • Advise on unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing methodologies specific to automation workflows.
- • Perform production readiness assessments and provide guidance on deployment procedures, rollback strategies, and post-launch health checks.
- • Deliver comprehensive knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams to ensure sustainable ownership of automated solutions.
- • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners on overall solution architecture, implementation strategy, and platform capabilities across diverse industries.
- • Evangelize the Workato platform by demonstrating its value in solving real-world business automation challenges during professional services engagements.
- • Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services department by creating and enhancing reusable content including presentations, demos, white papers, architecture patterns, and online training materials.
- • Mentor and train pre-sales and post-sales team members to build internal expertise and enable consistent delivery quality across client engagements.
- • Develop and deliver training content to coach Workato’s partner ecosystem on delivery best practices, implementation standards, and platform optimization techniques.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align customer feedback with platform enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- • Travel to client sites up to 25% of the time, with flexibility to adjust based on project demands and operational needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- • 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience with implementation of integration or middleware solutions
- • Proven experience leading customer and partner success in front-end and back-end solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and test/release management
- • Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to automate and optimize them
- • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with technical, business, and C-level stakeholders
- • Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites
