- • Take full ownership of the game release lifecycle, including certification, production deployment, and ongoing compliance and performance monitoring after launch.
- • Manage technical compliance certification projects across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
- • Ensure timely delivery of all technical compliance certificates in alignment with established timelines and project plans.
- • Act as the primary liaison between external testing laboratories and internal teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication regarding certification status and requirements.
- • Maintain and update all compliance documentation on the xEye platform and Compliance Documentation Repository with precision and accuracy.
- • Create and manage internal compliance documentation, including Policies and Procedures and change logs, as well as external documentation such as the Component Register and Technical Project C.
- • Represent Playson during external audits conducted according to technical standards in various regulatory jurisdictions.
- • Serve as the central point of contact for all technical compliance inquiries from product, engineering, legal, and other cross-functional departments.
- • Support product teams throughout the entire product lifecycle by providing compliance guidance, identifying regulatory risks, and ensuring alignment with certification requirements.
- • Proactively identify process-related inefficiencies in compliance workflows and propose and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
- • Coordinate with global teams across different time zones to ensure seamless collaboration and timely resolution of compliance tasks.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all documentation, communication, and audit preparation activities.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage high volumes of concurrent certification projects and deadlines.
- • Continuously expand professional knowledge of iGaming regulations, testing standards, and compliance best practices.
- • Uphold a professional, solution-oriented attitude while working collaboratively in a remote and hybrid environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a B2B supplier or testing laboratory
- • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- • Understanding of the SDLC
- • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- • Ability to work effectively in a team with members in different locations
