- • As a Technical Consultant at Press Ganey, you will serve as the technical point of contact for clients, responsible for the initial technical design, development, and post-implementation consulting and administration of solutions on the Forsta platform, playing a critical role in enabling clients to improve human experiences through data-driven insights.
- • Day to day, you will assess client technical requirements, provide viable solutions, adhere to Forsta PMO and customer project governance processes, manage scope and change orders, integrate Forsta technologies into client applications, conduct solutions QA, assist with client UAT, deliver platform training, and manage ongoing post-implementation services including relationship building, conflict resolution, and knowledge transfer across multiple accounts.
- • You will join the Technical Delivery team within Press Ganey’s Global Solutions organization, reporting to the Head of Technical Delivery, Americas, collaborating closely with Program Managers, Product Management, and offshore/onshore partners to deliver tailored technical solutions that align with client Statements of Work and drive measurable improvements in customer and employee experience.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the Forsta platform, strengthen your technical consulting and project delivery skills, gain experience managing end-to-end solution lifecycles, and develop your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value—positioning you for growth into senior technical delivery, solution architecture, or client advisory roles within a mission-driven organization focused on human experience innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- • 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical consulting, solution delivery, or similar client-facing technical role
- • Working experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- • Completion of initial Forsta standard training and commitment to ongoing platform training
- • Ability to assess client technical requirements and provide viable solutions while adhering to project governance and change order processes
