- • Onboard new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to help customers achieve value quickly.
- • Engage with customer business and technical stakeholders to gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process collaboratively.
- • Share best practices across deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and build methodologies from both business and technical perspectives.
- • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to review customer feedback, identify platform enhancement opportunities, and manage customer expectations.
- • Act as a Workato evangelist by demonstrating how the platform drives business automation in direct deployments and embedded solutions across diverse industries.
- • Serve as a trusted customer advisor and internal advocate for customer needs within Workato.
- • Conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and provide guidance on integration and process optimizations.
- • Contribute to the growth of the technical consulting team by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for customers and internal teams.
- • Deliver an outstanding customer service experience to all Workato customers.
- • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences through strong written and oral communication.
- • Independently conduct research and synthesize information to solve problems and propose innovative solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Proactively identify and take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they arise to support team and customer success.
- • Apply knowledge of database technologies including SQL and Postgres to design and troubleshoot integration workflows.
- • Leverage understanding of cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure, configurations, monitoring, and management to support customer deployments.
- • Utilize experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, or Oracle Integration Suite to deliver effective solutions.
- • Apply knowledge of SDLC and end-to-end integration development, support, and troubleshooting to ensure robust customer implementations.
- • Produce high-quality technical documentation to support customer onboarding, internal training, and platform adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting
- • Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles
- • Good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres
- • Demonstrated understanding of on-premise infrastructure & cloud-based deployments, configurations, monitoring, and management
- • Demonstrated experience working with at least one integration platform (e.g., Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite)
- • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
