Technical Consultant II - iPaaS - (EMEA Market)

📋 Description

• • Serve as a Technical Consultant for Workato’s iPaaS platform, enabling enterprise clients to fully leverage the platform for automating data, applications, and processes across their organizations.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align customer needs with product capabilities and enhance the overall platform vision.
• • Act as a technical advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• • Lead solution design sessions with customers, gathering requirements through direct client meetings and co-creating scalable automation workflows on the Workato platform.
• • Develop and extend Workato connector capabilities using HTTP protocols and SDKs based on specific customer requirements and market feedback.
• • Work directly with Product and Engineering teams to analyze customer feedback, identify platform enhancement opportunities, and accelerate development of roadmap features addressing critical client needs.
• • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting solutions, best practices, and technical guides to enrich Workato’s internal knowledge base.
• • Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing client success, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels across diverse industries and company sizes.
• • Adapt to a dynamic startup environment with a proactive mindset, taking initiative to solve problems, propose improvements, and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
• • Maintain expertise in enterprise application integration trends, particularly around cloud-based business applications such as Workday, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Marketo.
• • Operate within EMEA working hours (1:30 pm – 10:30 pm IST) to support global client engagements and cross-regional collaboration.
• • Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate technical architectures, troubleshoot integration challenges, and recommend optimal automation strategies.
• • Communicate effectively in English at a business level, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and precision when presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• • Independently conduct research, synthesize information from multiple sources, and rapidly learn new technologies, platforms, and customer workflows to deliver timely solutions.
• • Prioritize and manage multiple client projects simultaneously under high-pressure conditions, maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• • Foster trust and long-term partnerships with clients by demonstrating deep technical competence, responsiveness, and a customer-first approach.
• • Continuously improve internal processes and team efficiency by identifying gaps in documentation, training, or workflow and proposing scalable solutions.
